Delivery
Every Lionheart England order is picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Shropshire, England.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. Once your order is on its way you'll receive an email with tracking details.
United Kingdom
- Free standard delivery on orders over £25
- Orders under £25: £3.95 standard delivery
- Delivery usually takes up to 4 working days
UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked, or by courier for larger parcels.
European Union
- Free delivery on orders over €100
- Orders under €100: €9.95
- Delivery usually takes up to 8 working days
We use the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme for EU orders up to €150, so VAT is collected at checkout and no further charges should be due on delivery. Orders over €150 may attract local taxes or duties, payable by the recipient.
United States
- Free delivery on orders over $100
- Orders under $100: $9.95
- Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days
Rest of the world
- Flat rate £14.95
- Delivery usually takes up to 14 working days
Orders delivered outside the UK and EU may be subject to local taxes or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging
We keep packaging simple and protective, and we reuse and recycle wherever we can. Please keep any packaging that carries age or safety information.
