Delivery & Returns
All orders are packed and dispatched from our UK home in Shropshire. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days, and you'll receive a dispatch email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivered within 4 working days on a tracked service.
European Union
Free delivery on orders over €100 · €9.95 below €100
Allow 5–10 working days from dispatch.
United States
Free delivery on orders over $100 · $9.95 below $100
Allow 5–10 working days from dispatch.
Rest of World
£14.95 flat rate
Allow up to 15 working days from dispatch.
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs charges and import duties. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Changed your mind
You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you'd like to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send it back. We're happy to go further than that: let us know within 30 days of delivery and we'll still accept the return.
To start a return, email manuscript@manuscriptpen.com with your order number and we'll confirm where to send it.
Condition
Items should come back unused and in their original packaging, with any seals intact. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than was necessary to check it.
Return postage
Unless an item is faulty or we've sent the wrong thing, return postage is at your own cost. We'd recommend using a tracked service — the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right. We'll cover the cost of sending it back and provide a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we'll refund you within 14 days, to the original payment method. If you cancel a whole order we'll also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. Return postage isn't refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
None of the above affects your statutory rights.
